How do I place my order?

Simply browse through this site until you find the product you wish
to order.

Click on the thumb-nail to read detail of the product that follow.

If you wish to order the product, click 'Add' icon. If you do not
wish to proceed click "Back" to continue browsing.

When you have selected the products check the shopping cart to
confirm product and quantity. Click "Checkout" to proceed to delivery
details.

The next process will lead you to Billing Information whereby you
are to give details on your mailing address.

If you have previously registered for an e-account with us, simply
login with your email address and password. Your billing
information will be automatically populated. Otherwise click
'create e-account' to proceed.

At this point, you will be required to select your payment method
and whether you want your purchases to be delivered or self-collected at
our store.

You will also need to select your preferred date of delivery or
collection. Please allow at least two working days for us to
prepare your order.

Click 'Next Step' to proceed.

Please tell us the location where the items are to be delivered, and
any other remarks that you would like us to take note.

Click 'Complete this order' to finish.

When your order has been successfully transacted you will see an
order confirmation page.

At this point, we recommended that you print out this page for
reference.

One of our customer service personnel will contact you by phone or
email to confirm your order and arrange for the delivery schedule.
Can I change the delivery address?
You can always change the delivery address as long as
your order has not been delivered or is not on it's way to being
delivered. To request for change of delivery address, please enter
the new address via our contact us form or contact our office at (65) 6748
9126 and quote your order confirmation number.
Can I change the date of my order's delivery?
If your order has not been delivered, or is not on its
way to being delivered, we will be happy to change its intended delivery
date. To request a change to your delivery date, please enter the new
address via our contact us form or contact our office at (65) 6748 9126
and quote your order confirmation number.
Can I cancel an order?
If your order has not been done up, has not been delivered,
or is not on its way to being delivered, we can easily cancel it. To
cancel your order please contact our office immediately at (65) 6748 9126
and quote your order confirmation number. If your order has already
been sent out for delivery, we will be unable to cancel it.
Can I request a specific time or an hourly range for
my arrangement to be delivered?
We are unable to guarantee delivery requests for a
specific time or within an hourly range. Requests may be taken, but they
cannot be guaranteed.
