Return Policy

Customers are strongly advised to check the Product purchased at the time of delivery to avoid any possible dispute. All products leaving Seagift have been checked for quality and quantity accuracy.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Should there be discrepancies in items received, kindly send us an email at or call us at +65 6748 9126.

All issues must be reported within 2 working days of receiving the Products. After this duration, we will not accept the return of any items.

Discrepancies will be dealt in the following manner:

1.      If additional/wrong or damaged products are delivered, Seagift Food Pte Ltd reserves rights to collect the products from customer.

2.      If items are wrongly or short delivered by mistake, Seagift Food Pte Ltd reserves the rights to supply the correct / short delivered item. 

3.      If an item is damaged, Seagift Food Pte Ltd reserves the rights to request for photo evidence.
