Sesame-Soy Glazed Black Cod
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients (serves 4):
4 Black Cod Fillets, thawed and patted dry
2 limes (1 zested and juiced, 1 quartered)
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
2 tsp sodium-reduced soy sauce
1 tsp sesame seeds
1/4 tsp salt
pepper (to taste)
Preheat oven to 200oC.
Place fillets on a foil-lined, rimmed baking sheet.
Drizzle mixture over fillets. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and season with salt and pepper.
Roast on lower rack of oven until centers of fillets are opaque.
Sprinkle with 1/2 tsp lime zest adn serve with lime wedges.
