• Seafood Gyoza

Traditional Chinese pot stickers with a Japanese and seafood twist! Shrimp meat is used in replacement of the usual pork filling. The filling is mixed with Asian ingredients such as chives, ginger, shiitake mushroom, and sesame oil. True to its origin, it is best fried (Yaki gyoza) or deep fried (Age gyoza). They can also be served with light soy sauce, chilli oil, and vinegar.
