Breaded Otak with Sweet Thai Sauce

Ingredients (serves 12):

    1 Box Breaded Otak


    1/2 cup rice vinegar            
    1/3 cup brown sugar    
    4 cloves garlic (minced)    
    1 ~ 2 red chillies (minced)    
    1 tbsp fish sauce    
    1 tbsp light soy sauce


1. Fry/bake breaded otak until golden brown and set aside.

2. Place all the sauce ingredients in a saucepan or pot, stir occasionally.

3. When it begins to boil, reduce the heat to medium low and let it simmer for 10!15 mins with occasional stirring.

4. When the sauce is reduced to 2/3, remove it from the heat and serve.
