Pan-Fried Honey Lemon Salmon

Cooking time: 40 minutes

Ingredients (serves 15):

    1 salmon fillet (approximately 1.2kg)

    3 lemons

    150g spring onion (smoked)

    80g crushed garlic


    6 tsp chicken powder

    6 tbsp honey

    1 1/2 tbsp seasoning sauce

    4 tbsp light soya sauce

    3 tbsp chinese cooking wine

    18 tbsp water

    6 tbsp cornflour

    pepper (dash)

    sesame oil (dash)


  1. Slice salmon diagonally into small pieces. Squeeze lemon juice over sliced salmon. 

  2. Mix all seasoning ingredients together. Add spring onion and crushed garlic to the combined seasoning.

  3. Let seasoning mixture rest for about 30 minutes. Drain the marinade. 

  4. Pan fry and serve hot.
